How to Lose Weight in a Week Fast - Cheat Your Way to Weight Loss - Pt 2

Alternatively, I personally believe that you are better off starting a new weight loss program with the first-hand knowledge that you will experience occasional setbacks that will make it hard to maintain your diet and exercise plans. When this does occur, don't sweat it! Just do yourself a favor and commit yourself to immediately going back to your diet routine. If you do this, you will lose the dreaded sense of guilt associated with cheating on your diet.

This approach to losing weight is much more tolerant and it makes the subject of "cheating" obsolete. By thinking positively, you can now view setbacks as being temporary instead of an automatic failure. You just need to learn to become comfortable with the fact that these temporary setbacks are going to be a "reality" that occasionally, and inevitably, get in the way of even the best planned diet. Just remember, the easier it is for you to transition back into your diet and fitness routine, the more likely you are to stick with it in the long-run.

It may come as no surprise, but if you really want to know how to lose weight in a week fast then it is as simple as eating healthier foods in smaller portions. However, do you know what is the greatest barrier to healthy eating for most people? It is guilt. You see, most people feel guilty when they eat "junk foods", but these types of feelings, and the added stress could actually hinder your weight loss efforts.

Remember that no diet should ever be so strict that you are never allowed to stray at any time. Additionally, giving in to cravings, occasionally, can actually help you stay on track! In the end, it is better to indulge and forget about your diet for one meal than to completely stop all together.

It may take some getting used to if you are changing your eating habits dramatically, but you are going to have to allow some enjoyable foods into your diet. Ultimately, unless you enjoy the foods you are eating, its going to be next to impossible to be successful at your diet.
